The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order with Catch Surf Australia indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms and conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms and conditions are signed by Catch Surf Australia. Catch Surf Australia reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.


We keep on top of our inventory levels as closely as possible. There may be rare occasions (on any given item) where a customer may purchase an item that is temporally out of stock. In this case, we shall contact the customer immediately and give an estimated time of arrival, if they are happy to wait that’s great. On the occasion that the customer does not wish to receive the item any more due to the wait, we will refund the purchase price (and any shipping costs) immediately.


The expected normal delivery times from your item/s once they have left our warehouse are:

  • 3-4 business day to the Sydney Metro Area; and
  • 5-10 business days to the rest of Australia (dependent upon region).

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us via our contact page. The delivery times provided by Catch Surf Australia are estimates only. Catch Surf Australia will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. 


All items other than surfboards:

  • Exchanges (only full price items) –-Up to fourteen (14) days from date of purchase; and
  • Refunds (only full price items) –  Up to fourteen (14) days from date of purchase

If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with, simply return your item/s within fourteen (14) days of the date of order, with the proof of purchase, and the item/s in the same condition as you received them, and we will happily exchange or refund the full priced item/s.

We ship your exchanged item/s back to you for free, but you’re responsible for the cost of shipping the item/s back to us.  We strongly recommend you return your item/s by insured, registered post because Catch Surf Australia will not be liable for any lost returned item/s .

Catch Surf Australia reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an order that has been placed by a customer. 

Goods ordered that are subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the order being accepted can be cancelled at any time.


Catch Surf Australia strives, to the fullest extent possible, to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors or changes and neither Catch Surf Australia, nor any employee or representative of Catch Surf Australia will be liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.


As you would appreciate, surfboards are a unique item. Please take careful consideration when purchasing surfboards from Onboard Industries as we do not refund or exchange due to change of heart. We understand every circumstance is different; that’s why we are happy for you to contact our customer service team to discuss your individual situation.

Catch Surf Australia will happily exchange your surfboard/s if you do not receive what you ordered (e.g; you ordered a 6'0 and you receive a 7'0) and you adhere to the below terms:

  • within fourteen (14) days from invoice date;
  • return the board with proof of purchase (i.e. copy of the invoice / return form, enclosed when you received the goods or received via email);
  • with the surfboard in the same condition as when you received it; and
  • board sent back in the box it was sent to you in, with any fins enclosed.

Surfboards may be difficult to ship, so please contact us for help prior to shipping back.
